Of course we do! We're so convinced of the quality of our work that we offer a lifetime warranty on all the products we manufacture, covering any manufacturing defects! Unfortunately, this warranty does not cover breakage or use.
Payments
We offer 15-day terms for institutions and companies. We do not offer payment terms for individuals.

Yes! Once your order is complete, we send you an invoice by e-mail through QuickBooks Online, and you can pay directly by credit card by pressing the "Review and Pay" button.
We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), interac transfers (Canada only), direct deposits and international transfers.

Of course we do! It's what we do on all our nets that allows us to offer our guarantee and ensures the high quality of our products!
Yes, we only repair nets we've made, but sometimes it's cheaper to have a new replacement net made, given the extent of the repair work.
All the processed fillets we sell are made in-house; most of the products we distribute are made by other companies.

Shipping & Returns
It all depends on the shipper, but generally it's 1-3 business days in Eastern Canada and 4-7 business days in Western Canada. International deliveries may take longer.
No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

No, since it's difficult for us to predict the dimensions and weight of custom-made nets, we confirm the cost of shipping once the net has been completed.

No, the price of a net depends on the material used and the time required to manufacture it. The time generally depends on the net's perimeter.
No, our prices are exclusive of tax. Taxes are added at the time of invoicing according to the destination.

We don't have a store as such, but it is possible, with an appointment, to come to the manufacturing center to pick up your order.

No, some of our products have standard dimensions, but all our products can be made to measure!
Some products are in stock, others have to be made to order. We always offer regular lead times and priority delivery.
Approximately 80% of the materials we use are manufactured in Canada, 20% in Europe.
It all depends: the netting we buy in bulk is machine-made, but the work we do to transform it into the netting you need is entirely hand-made!
