Of course! We are so confident in the quality of our work that we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products, covering manufacturing defects! However, this warranty does not cover breakage caused by normal wear or misuse.
Payments
We offer 15-day payment terms to institutions and businesses. We do not offer payment terms to individuals.

Yes! Once your order is completed, we will email you an invoice through QuickBooks Online and you can pay it directly by credit card by clicking the “Review and Pay” button.
We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Interac e-transfers (Canada only), direct deposits, and international wire transfers.

Yes, we only repair nets that we have manufactured, but sometimes it is less expensive to have a new replacement net made given the extent of the repair work
All processed nets that we sell are manufactured internally, while most of the distributed products were manufactured by other companies

Shipping and returns
It all depends on the carrier, but it is generally 1 to 3 business days in Eastern Canada and 4 to 7 business days in Western Canada. Delivery times may be longer for international shipments.
No, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

No, the price of a net is evaluated based on the material used and the manufacturing time required. The time generally depends on the perimeter of the net.
No, our prices do not include taxes; taxes are added at invoicing based on the destination.

We do not have a physical store per se, but it is possible, by appointment, to come to the manufacturing center to pick up your order.

No, some of our products come in standard sizes, but all our products can be custom-made!
Some products are in stock, others must be manufactured based on orders. We always offer a regular manufacturing lead time and priority service.
About 80% of the materials we use are made in Canada, and 20% in Europe.
It depends, the netting we buy in bulk is machine-made, but the work we do to transform it into nets that meet your needs is, for its part, entirely handmade!
