Why work at Filmar:
Above all, we're looking for reliable, motivated people - the rest is a matter of learning.
Working at Filmar is more than just a job
At Filmar, no one is left behind. We work together, support each other and celebrate our collective successes. Whatever your position, your contribution is recognized and valued. Every team member is an integral part of our success.
Do you like to see the fruits of your labor? Here, every day, you make something tangible. Whether it's a net for a sports center, an aquaculture farm or a university, your work has a real impact on large-scale projects.
We don't pretend to be perfect, but we do put everything in place to make you feel good. Simple communication, reasonable hours, accessible managers and fair conditions - it's not complicated: we treat our people the way we'd like to be treated.
