Plankton nets come in a variety of sizes and configurations. Today, we're going to talk about the different configurations. When you're looking to buy plankton nets, there are two main configurations; plankton net only and a plankton net kit ready for deployment.
The first configuration is quite simple, plankton net only. This configuration is useful when you're ordering replacement nets, large quantities of nets with identical specifications, or when you're considering acquiring your towing ring with bridle and bucket elsewhere, perhaps from a local supplier.
The second configuration is the most common. Ready-to-deploy plankton net kits include the plankton net, the towing ring with bridle, and the cod end bucket with a matching Nitex mesh window. This configuration is ideal for starting a new inventory or a new project or study, or when you simply need a hassle-free, turnkey solution with everything included.
This is by far the best option, and customers receive a bundled price for the purchase of the complete set.
